Purpose of this application
ASAP Appliance Repairs CRM is private software built and operated by ASAP Appliance Repairs Ltd to run our domestic appliance repair business. Its purpose is to manage the company's day-to-day operations in one place: recording repair enquiries, booking jobs, scheduling and routing engineers, sending customers their appointment confirmations, raising quotes and invoices, and reporting on business performance.
It is used only by our own employees and engineers. It is not sold, licensed, published or offered to anyone else, there is no public sign-up, and it holds no data belonging to any other organisation.
Why this application requests access to Google accounts
The application signs in with one Google account owned by ASAP Appliance Repairs Ltd so that our own business data can be read into our own internal reports. Each permission is requested for one specific purpose:
- Google Ads — read the leads and costs from our own advertising account, so an enquiry can be matched to the booking it produced and we can measure what our advertising returns.
- Search Console — read search performance for our own website, to see which searches bring customers to us.
- Business Profile — read and maintain our own business listing details and customer reviews.
- Analytics — read visitor statistics for our own website.
Scope of access. The application reads data that already belongs to ASAP Appliance Repairs Ltd, for internal reporting only. It does not access any other organisation's accounts, and it does not sell, share, transfer or publish any data obtained through these permissions.
Who can use it
Employees and engineers of ASAP Appliance Repairs Ltd only. Accounts are created by us; members of the public cannot register or sign in.
