Our business
We are a domestic appliance repair company. Our engineers repair washing machines, ovens, dishwashers, fridges, freezers, tumble dryers and hobs in customers' homes across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Our services, prices and coverage are set out on the rest of this website.
We earn money one way: a customer books a repair and one of our own engineers carries it out. We do not sell software, we do not sell advertising services, and we have no clients other than the householders whose appliances we fix.
Why we advertise on Google
Google Ads is one of the ways people find us when an appliance breaks down. We run and pay for advertising for our own company — Local Services Ads for appliance repair in our own towns. The account is owned and funded by ASAP Appliance Repairs Ltd.
What we use the Google Ads API for
One purpose: to read our own account's performance figures into our own internal job-management system, so we can see which advertising actually produces booked repairs rather than just clicks.
Every repair enquiry we receive is already recorded in that system, along with whether it turned into a booked job and what that job was worth. What we cannot see today is the cost side. Reading campaign spend, impressions, clicks and call data through the API lets us join the two together and answer a question we currently cannot: what does a booked repair cost us to win, and which campaigns are worth keeping.

In one sentence: we are an advertiser, not a tool vendor — we want to read our own advertising figures into our own back office so we can tell which of our own campaigns bring in repair work.
The system the data goes into
The receiving system is ASAP Appliance Repairs CRM, private software we built and operate to run the business: recording enquiries, booking jobs, scheduling engineers, confirming appointments with customers, and reporting on performance.
