A qualified engineer comes out, finds the fault and tells you exactly what is wrong and what it will take to put right.

£84 inc VAT — fixed on the spot

If we can fix it there and then without needing a part, that is the total. Nothing else to pay.

Parts

Any parts needed are quoted on site before we fit them — you decide. We do not fit anything, or charge for anything, without your say-so first.

Guaranteed

Every repair carries a 90-day workmanship guarantee. If our work is at fault within that time, we come back and put it right at no charge to you.

How quickly can you get to me?

We offer same-day and next-day slots across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Book before 1pm and same-day is usually possible. We are open Mon–Fri 7am–7pm and Sat 9am–5pm and Sun 10am–4pm.

Is the repair guaranteed?

Yes — every repair carries a 90-day workmanship guarantee. If our work is at fault in that time we come back and put it right at no charge.

Do I have to pay anything up front?

No. Nothing is taken when you book. You pay the engineer once the visit is done, and any parts are quoted and agreed with you before we fit them.
