Every visit across the East Midlands is the same fixed price — £66 including VAT to diagnose the fault, £84 all-in if we put it right on the spot. Nothing is taken when you book and no part is fitted without your say-so.

A qualified engineer comes out, finds the fault and tells you exactly what is wrong and what it will take to put right.

If we can fix it there and then without needing a part, that is the total. Nothing else to pay.
Parts
Any parts needed are quoted on site before we fit them — you decide. We do not fit anything, or charge for anything, without your say-so first.
Guaranteed
Every repair carries a 90-day workmanship guarantee. If our work is at fault within that time, we come back and put it right at no charge to you.

Do I have to pay anything up front?
No. Nothing is taken when you book. You pay the engineer once the visit is done, and any parts are quoted and agreed with you before we fit them.
