Nothing is taken when you book, and every repair carries a 90-day workmanship guarantee — if our work is at fault in that time we come back and put it right at no charge.

No. Go to Russell Hobbs first, or to the retailer you bought it from. If it is in warranty that repair should not cost you anything, and we would only be charging you for something you can have free. Come to us once it is out of warranty — you are not obliged to use the manufacturer then, and you will usually wait less and pay less.
