Ariston F07 washer dryer: what it means & what to check

What F07 actually means

The control board has spotted a problem with the relay that switches the heater on and off — the machine has stopped heating and halted the cycle.

On Ariston washer dryers using the EVO1, EVO2 and V4 control boards, F07 means the heater relay on the main circuit board is stuck. Because the board can no longer be certain it can switch the heating off again, it abandons the cycle for safety — typically partway through, often with the drain pump running on and the water staying cold. It is a fault reported by the board itself, not something a hose or filter causes.

What F07 looks like on a Ariston washer dryer
