No. Go to Ariston first, or to the retailer you bought it from. If it is in warranty that repair should not cost you anything, and we would only be charging you for something you can have free. Come to us once it is out of warranty — you are not obliged to use the manufacturer then, and you will usually wait less and pay less.

£66 including VAT for an engineer to come out and diagnose the fault. If it is fixed on that visit and needs no parts, the total is £84 including VAT. Any parts needed are quoted on site before we fit them — you decide. Nothing is taken when you book.
