What H03 actually means
The dishwasher can't confirm that the valve which switches water between the spray arms has moved to the position it was asked for, so it stops the cycle.
On this Leisure machine the control board expects feedback telling it where the three-way (diverter) valve is sitting as the programme moves water between the upper and lower spray levels. When that position signal doesn't match what the board asked for, the wash is abandoned and H03 is displayed. In practice the owner sees a cycle that halts part-way with dishes still dirty, often with water still in the tub.
What H03 looks like on a Leisure dishwasher

What usually causes it

- Wiring or connector fault between the valve and the control board
- A failed control board misreading the valve position
What you can safely check yourself
Work through these in order. Anything beyond this — panels off, testing parts, anything to do with the wiring — is an engineer's job, and not one to attempt with the machine plugged in.
- Turn the machine off at the wall for a minute, then power up and start a fresh cycle — the odd one-off reading does clear
- Check both spray arms spin freely by hand and that the holes aren't blocked with food debris
- Take out and rinse the filters in the base of the tub, and clear anything sitting in the sump
