Out-of-warranty Leisure repairs, done locally
If your Leisure appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, go to Leisure first — you should not be paying for that repair. Once it is out of warranty, you do not have to use them, and you will usually wait less and pay less if you do not.
We are a local firm with over 50 years in the trade, covering Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. The engineer who comes out is one of ours, not a subcontractor from a national call centre.
What it costs
£66 including VAT for an engineer to come out and diagnose the fault — that is the visit and the diagnosis, with nothing added on top. If it is repaired on the visit and needs no parts, the total is £84 including VAT. Any parts needed are quoted on site before we fit them — you decide.
Nothing is taken when you book, and every repair carries a 90-day workmanship guarantee — if our work is at fault in that time we come back and put it right at no charge.
What we hold for Leisure
We keep Leisure service documentation in-house, covering 61 Leisure models across 1,354 documents. For Leisure that includes manufacturer parts lists, exploded views and wiring diagrams, the manufacturer’s own fault-finding procedures and service manuals and technical bulletins.
It matters more than it sounds. It means the engineer arrives knowing how your machine comes apart, which part number fits your model rather than one that looks similar, and what the manufacturer says the fault actually is — instead of working it out on your kitchen floor at your expense. Most firms are reading the same user manual you have in the drawer.

Common questions
My Leisure is still under warranty — should I call you?
No. Go to Leisure first, or to the retailer you bought it from. If it is in warranty that repair should not cost you anything, and we would only be charging you for something you can have free. Come to us once it is out of warranty — you are not obliged to use the manufacturer then, and you will usually wait less and pay less.
What does a Leisure repair cost?
£66 including VAT for an engineer to come out and diagnose the fault. If it is fixed on that visit and needs no parts, the total is £84 including VAT. Any parts needed are quoted on site before we fit them — you decide. Nothing is taken when you book.
My Leisure is showing an error code — what does it mean?
We have written up 11 Leisure codes from the manufacturer's own service data, in plain English rather than a guess. They are linked further down this page. Some of them you can clear yourself in five minutes without paying anyone.
Can you get parts for a Leisure?
Usually, yes. We hold the manufacturer's parts lists for 61 Leisure models, so the part is ordered against your actual model number rather than something that looks close. Where a part is genuinely discontinued we will tell you that plainly rather than order it and hope.
Is it worth repairing a Leisure appliance or should I replace it?
That depends on what is wrong and how old it is, and we will tell you straight. If the repair is going to cost more than the machine is worth, we say so — you have paid £66 to find that out, which is a good deal cheaper than replacing something that had five years left in it.
Do you cover my area?
We cover Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire — the NG, DE and LE postcodes. Put your postcode into the form at the top of the page and it will tell you straight away.
How soon can someone come out?
Same day or next day in most of our area. Tell us what the appliance is doing using the form above and you will get a price and the slots we have left.
