Willow E07 washing machine: what it means & what to check

What E07 actually means

The washing machine's control board has lost or mismatched its settings — it no longer knows which model it is supposed to be running as.

Willow lists E07 as a configuration failure. The main control board carries a stored configuration telling it what motor, heater and options this particular machine has; if that data is corrupt or missing, the board refuses to run a programme. It is flagged as a service-only code, so it is not one the machine is normally meant to show an owner at all — seeing it usually means the board has been replaced without being configured, or its stored settings have been lost.
