What F00 actually means
The oven's touch control panel has thrown a fault \u2014 in most cases it thinks one of the touch keys is being held down, so it stops accepting commands.
On these Beko ovens the F-codes all come from the touch control board rather than the oven cavity itself. Beko's service data lists the first of this group as a sensor being registered as pressed for more than 10 seconds, with the neighbouring codes covering the temperature sensor on that same touch board going open or short circuit and a sensor calibration failure. Either way the control locks out and the oven won't run a programme until the board reads normally again.
What F00 looks like on a Beko oven
Most people find this page having searched for what the machine is doing rather than the code itself. On a Beko oven, F00 usually shows up as one or more of these:

What usually causes it
- Water, cleaning spray or grease sitting on the glass over the touch keys
- Something resting against the control panel and holding a key down
- Steam and heat from the cavity affecting the touch board
- A failed sensor or temperature sensor on the touch control board itself
- Touch control board out of calibration and needing replacement
What you can safely check yourself
Work through these in order. Anything beyond this — panels off, testing parts, anything to do with the wiring — is an engineer's job, and not one to attempt with the machine plugged in.
- Wipe the control glass dry with a clean cloth \u2014 a smear of water or cleaner across the keys is enough to look like a finger held down
- Check nothing is leaning on or taped over the panel, including a tea towel over the door handle
- Switch the oven off at the wall for a minute, then back on, and see if the code clears
- If it only appears when the oven is hot, let it cool fully and try again \u2014 that pattern is worth mentioning to the engineer
