The appliance has lost the shared power signal it exchanges with the linked hob control, so it has shut the cooking function down and dropped into standby.

On these combined Electrolux units the oven/microwave control and the hob control talk to each other so they can share the available electrical load. If the oven control stops receiving the hob's power status message for around 20 seconds, it cancels whatever function is running, goes into standby and shows the fault (some displays render it as F917). It is a power-management and communication fault, not a magnetron or heating fault \u2014 the appliance is protecting itself rather than reporting damage to the cooking side.
