What F18 actually means
The control panel has lost its conversation with the board that runs the heating, so it has shut the power board down and stopped the cooking.
Electrolux built-in cooking appliances run on two boards that talk to each other constantly oard that below it that switches the heat. What F18 looks like on a Electrolux microwave

What you can safely check yourself
Work through these in order. Anything beyond this — panels off, testing parts, anything to do with the wiring — is an engineer's job, and not one to attempt with the machine plugged in.
- Switch the appliance off at the wall or at the fuse for a minute, then back on on this fault is designed to reset itself and a genuine one-off glitch will not come back
- Try a short cooking cycle and note whether the code returns straight away or only after several minutes on that tells the engineer a lot
- Make sure the appliance is not being run on an extension lead or a shared adaptor
