Water is getting into the drum when it shouldn't be, and the machine has cut the cycle short to avoid overfilling and flooding.

Work through these in order. Anything beyond this — panels off, testing parts, anything to do with the wiring — is an engineer's job, and not one to attempt with the machine plugged in.

Turn the machine off at the wall for a minute, then switch back on and see if the code returns straight away.
Turn off the water tap at the wall if water still trickles into the drum with the tap closed, the inlet valve is the likely culprit and worth mentioning when you book.
Check the fill hose isn't kinked or crushed behind the machine.
Make sure the drain hose end sits at the height given in the instructions and isn't pushed too far down the standpipe, as that can siphon water back and forth.
