What H07 actually means

The machine can no longer tell how much water is inside it, so it has stopped rather than carry on blind.

H07 on these Flavel machines points to the water level sensor — the pressure switch that tells the control board whether the drum has filled to the right level. The board compares what the sensor reports against what it expects while filling, and if the reading makes no sense it halts the cycle and logs this fault. The fault route for it is the no-water-filling checks, so in practice it often shows up as a machine that takes water and then stops, or refuses to fill at all.

What usually causes it

Blocked, split or kinked pressure hose between the tub and the sensor
Faulty water level (pressure) sensor giving a false reading

Restricted water supply confusing the fill sequence
Fault on the main control board reading the sensor

What you can safely check yourself

Work through these in order. Anything beyond this — panels off, testing parts, anything to do with the wiring — is an engineer's job, and not one to attempt with the machine plugged in.

Turn the machine off at the wall for a minute, then power it back up and try a short cycle — a one-off glitch can clear.
Check the water tap behind the machine is fully open and the inlet hose isn't kinked or trapped.
Clean the pump filter at the bottom front and make sure there's no standing water in the drum.
Check the drain hose isn't pushed too far down the standpipe or kinked, as poor draining can upset level readings.
