Turn the machine off at the wall, leave it a minute, switch back on and restart the programme — a one-off voltage dip will clear.
If the machine is running through an extension lead, adaptor or multi-way block, plug it directly into a wall socket instead. This is the single most common fix we find.
See whether lights elsewhere in the house dim or other appliances misbehave at the same time — that points at the supply, not the machine.
Try a different wall socket on a different circuit if one is within reach of the hoses.
