The ElectriQ fault codes that point at this
A ElectriQ dishwasher will usually tell you what it thinks is wrong before anyone opens it up. These are the codes we hold for this make that relate to door will not close:
- E02 — The dishwasher isn't getting the water it expects, so it has stopped the cycle rather than carry on washing dry.
- E03 — The water isn't getting hot when it should, so the dishwasher gives up on the cycle.
- E09 — The dishwasher thinks one of its buttons is being held down and has stopped responding to the control panel.
If yours is showing one of those, that is a much shorter conversation than a general fault — tell us the code when you book and the engineer can often carry the part.
