The machine isn't getting confirmation that the door has locked, so it won't run the cycle.

Before a washer dryer will turn the drum or heat, the control board has to see a signal back from the door interlock confirming the door is shut and locked. On this Beko, that confirmation signal (the zero-cross feed the board looks for) isn't arriving, so the programme stalls at the start.
