What E32 actually means

The temperature sensor at the door bellow/gasket inlet is giving a reading the machine can't accept, so it refuses to dry.

Your Beko washer dryer uses small temperature sensors (NTCs) around the air circuit to keep an eye on how hot the drying air is. E32 is the one at the bellow inlet — the point where air enters past the door gasket. The control board is reading either nothing at all or a dead short from it, and rather than run the air heaters blind it abandons the drying part of the cycle. Washing itself normally still works; the complaint we usually get is that the drying phase runs on and on without drying, or won't start.

What E32 looks like on a Beko washer dryer

What usually causes it

The bellow inlet temperature sensor itself has failed
Its plug has worked loose or partly unseated from the control board
A damaged or chafed wire in the harness between sensor and board
Corroded or damaged sensor connector pins
Less often, a fault on the board that reads the sensor

What you can safely check yourself

Work through these in order. Anything beyond this — panels off, testing parts, anything to do with the wiring — is an engineer's job, and not one to attempt with the machine plugged in.

Turn the machine off at the wall for a minute, then switch back on and try a drying cycle again — an occasional one-off read error will clear
Run a wash-only programme to confirm the washing side is unaffected, so you know where you stand
Clean the pump filter and check the drain hose isn't kinked — good housekeeping, though it won't clear this particular code
