What E29 actually means

The machine has decided the electricity reaching it isn't right — the mains voltage is outside the range it will run on — so it stops rather than carry on.

The control board monitors the incoming mains supply and the timing signal it takes from it. If the voltage sits outside the limits Beko allows, or that timing signal goes missing, the board flags it and halts the programme. Before the code appears you'll often notice the signs of it: washes that drag on far longer than the stated time, and water or drying air that never really gets hot, because the board is throttling or the heater isn't getting a steady supply.
