What E20 actually means

The temperature sensor that watches the BioFRESH compartment is giving the control board a reading it can't trust, so the fridge flags a fault rather than run that compartment blind.

E20 is the BioFRESH air sensor — the probe that tells the control board how cold the air inside that compartment actually is. When the signal falls outside the range the board expects (open circuit, short, or a loose plug), the code appears and the board can no longer regulate that compartment properly. The rest of the appliance normally carries on cooling, but the BioFRESH drawer's temperature is no longer being controlled to the figure on the display.

Make sure food, bags or packaging aren't pressed against the air vents inside the compartment
Check the BioFRESH drawer is pushed fully home and nothing is holding it proud
Move anything perishable in that compartment to the main fridge until it's fixed, since its temperature is no longer being controlled
