What E00 actually means

The sensor that measures the air temperature inside the freezer has stopped giving a sensible reading, so the fridge freezer can no longer control the freezer temperature properly.

The control board watches a small temperature probe in the freezer compartment. When that probe reads as an open circuit or a short circuit — usually a broken wire, a damaged plug or a failed probe — the board flags E0, lights the alarm indicator and falls back to a safety routine. On these Blomberg cabinets that fallback runs the compressor continuously instead of cycling it on temperature, so the freezer typically gets colder than it should, frost builds up faster and the appliance is noisy and hungry on electricity. The fault clears itself from the display as soon as the sensor reading is valid again.

Check whether the freezer is running colder than usual and clear any heavy frost build-up, as continuous running is the machine's fallback behaviour with this fault
Make sure the door is closing and sealing properly, so you are not confusing this with a warm-cabinet alarm
