Open the door fully and close it again firmly until you hear it click, then press Start/Pause
Check nothing is caught in the rubber seal or hanging over the door edge
Take some washing out if the drum is packed tight against the door
Turn the machine off at the wall for a minute, switch back on and try the programme again
