What C01 actually means

The oven has spotted the telescopic shelf runners still fitted inside while you were trying to start a pyrolytic self-clean, so it has refused to heat.

On this Electrolux appliance, C01 is a protection message rather than a breakdown. The control detects the telescopic runner switch reporting that the sliding runners (and the side grids they sit on) are still in the cavity when a pyrolytic clean is selected; because the extreme temperatures of a pyro cycle would ruin them, the control blocks all heating elements and shows the code instead of starting. Take the runners and side grids out and the message normally clears and the cycle runs as usual.

Control board no longer resetting the message once the cavity is clear

Work through these in order. Anything beyond this — panels off, testing parts, anything to do with the wiring — is an engineer's job, and not one to attempt with the machine plugged in.

Let the oven cool completely, then take out the telescopic runners, side grids, shelves and any trays or dishes before starting a pyrolytic clean
Check nothing else has been left in the cavity, including the meat probe or its lead
Try the pyro cycle again with the cavity empty
If the code stays with the oven empty, switch off at the wall for a minute, then restore power and retry
