Turn the appliance off at the socket for a minute and back on — an occasional false reading will clear and not return
Check both doors are closing and sealing properly, so the fridge is not being warmed by a door left ajar or a seal held open by an over-packed shelf
Put a fridge thermometer in the fresh food section and note whether it is actually too warm or too cold — useful information for the engineer
Move food away from the sensor area and the rear wall of the fridge so air can circulate
