What F07 actually means
The dishwasher has a problem with heating the water and has stopped the programme rather than carrying on.
On these New World machines the control board watches the water temperature through the NTC temperature sensor while the heater is working. F07 is raised when that heating stage does not go as expected — the fault for this platform describe it as a heating fault tied to the NTC, with the board either seeing the water get hotter than it should or failing to see the expected temperature rise. Either way the board cuts the heating and flags the fault, so the cycle stops part-way and dishes come out wet and poorly cleaned.
What F07 looks like on a New World dishwasher
Most people find this page having searched for what the machine is doing rather than the code itself. On a New World dishwasher, F07 usually shows up as one or more of these:

What usually causes it
- Faulty NTC temperature sensor giving the board a false reading

- Heavy limescale build-up on the heating surfaces
What you can safely check yourself
Work through these in order. Anything beyond this — panels off, testing parts, anything to do with the wiring — is an engineer's job, and not one to attempt with the machine plugged in.
- Turn the dishwasher off at the wall for a minute, then switch back on and restart a short programme — an occasional one-off reading will clear
- Clean out the filters and the sump area at the bottom of the tub, so water is circulating properly over the heater
- Check the mains water tap is fully open and the fill hose isn't kinked behind the machine
- Make sure the door shuts and latches cleanly, so the programme isn't being interrupted mid-cycle
