What E19 actually means

The temperature sensor that reads the air at the flap (the flap controls how much cold air is let into the compartment) has stopped giving the control board a sensible reading.

Your Flavel fridge freezer uses a small air sensor at the flap to tell the control board how cold that section of air is, so the flap can open and close to hold the set temperature. When the reading goes out of range or the sensor circuit reads as open or short, the board flags E19 and the code flashes on the display. Cooling usually carries on in a fallback pattern, but temperature control in the affected compartment is no longer accurate, so food can end up warmer or colder than the setting says.

Turn the appliance off at the wall for a minute, then switch it back on — if the code was a one-off glitch it will clear and stay clear.
Check nothing is blocking the internal air vents or wedged against the flap — overpacked shelves and bags pushed against the back wall can leave the sensor reading strange air temperatures.
Note the actual temperatures in each compartment with a fridge thermometer, and move anything at risk to another appliance if the fridge or freezer is running warm.
Make sure both doors are closing fully and the seals are clean, so warm air is not being drawn in.
