What E13 actually means

The main control board has lost proper communication with the motor's own driver electronics, so the machine stops rather than risk running the drum blind.

On these Beko washer dryers the drum motor is driven by its own power module that talks back to the main board over a communication lead. E13 is raised when that link fails or the module itself is short circuit, so the board can no longer control or trust the motor. You'll usually see it after a poor wash or a drum that barely turns, with the programme cutting out partway through rather than completing.

What E13 looks like on a Beko washer dryer

Work through these in order. Anything beyond this — panels off, testing parts, anything to do with the wiring — is an engineer's job, and not one to attempt with the machine plugged in.
