What E14 actually means

The machine has lost proper control of its jet (recirculation) pump — the spray pump that pushes water back over the laundry — and has stopped the cycle.

On this Beko washer dryer, E14 is logged against the jet pump circuit rather than the pump being blocked. The control board reports that the triac switching the pump has either gone open circuit (so the pump can't be driven at all) or short circuit/diode mode (so it can't be switched off cleanly). Because the machine can no longer be sure the recirculation pump is doing what it's told, it halts instead of carrying on.

Turn the machine off at the wall for a minute, then switch back on and start a short cycle — a one-off electrical glitch can clear
Clean out the pump filter and check the drain hose is not kinked or trapped behind the machine; a machine struggling to move water is worth ruling out first
Check for any damp or water under or behind the appliance and stop using it if you find any
