Your Beko has spotted a fault in the water heating circuit and has shut the cycle down rather than carry on.

The control board watches the heating element and its wiring. On F03 it has read a short circuit across the heater side, so it stops the programme instead of risking uncontrolled heating. Depending on how the fault has developed, owners report either washes coming out stone cold, or the opposite eing covery and coming out very hot with fabrics looking worn.
