What E17 actually means

Run a rinse or spin programme with no detergent to clear the foam out
Cut the detergent dose back about half of what you used last time, and follow the dose on the pack for your water hardness
Check the detergent drawer is not clogged with old powder rinse it under the tap
If you use liquid detergent, make sure the dosing insert is fitted correctly in the drawer
Switch off at the wall for a minute before restarting the cycle
