£66 including VAT for an engineer to come out and diagnose the fault — that is the visit and the diagnosis, with nothing added on top. If it is repaired on the visit and needs no parts, the total is £84 including VAT. Any parts needed are quoted on site before we fit them — you decide.

Nothing is taken when you book, and every repair carries a 90-day workmanship guarantee — if our work is at fault in that time we come back and put it right at no charge.

Come to us once it is out of warranty — you are not obliged to use the manufacturer then, and you will usually wait less and pay less.
